- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 10 egg roll wrappers

Instructions
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- Place one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, corner facing you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into the center.
- Fold the bottom point over the filling, then fold in both sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
- Heat 2 inches of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce before serving.
