Description

Tender steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in zesty Cajun spices, finished with a generous layer of melted Parmesan. These bites are the ultimate party favorite or cozy dinner treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the cubed beef sirloin with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat evenly.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add the steak in batches to avoid crowding, and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
  3. Once browned, stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat, sprinkle Parmesan over the steak, and cover the skillet. Let the cheese melt for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure a good sear. For extra heat, add cayenne pepper. These bites are also great when swapped with chicken or shrimp!
