Description
Tender steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in zesty Cajun spices, finished with a generous layer of melted Parmesan. These bites are the ultimate party favorite or cozy dinner treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season the cubed beef sirloin with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat evenly.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add the steak in batches to avoid crowding, and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
- Once browned, stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat, sprinkle Parmesan over the steak, and cover the skillet. Let the cheese melt for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure a good sear. For extra heat, add cayenne pepper. These bites are also great when swapped with chicken or shrimp!
