Ingredients
Scale
- 6 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, optional for serving
Instructions
- Remove husks and silk from corn and rinse under cold water.
- Combine melted butter, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Brush the seasoned butter all over each corn cob.
- Grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning often, or bake wrapped in foil at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Top with chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper, and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
For a deeper smoky taste, grill corn in the husk a few minutes first before seasoning. Leftover corn can be sliced off the cob and added to salads or pasta for extra zing.
