Cajun Corn on the Cob

  • Author: Navy Sinclair
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Description

This spicy Cajun Corn on the Cob is a bold and flavorful twist on a summer classic. Perfect for BBQs or family dinners, it brings Southern flair and mouthwatering heat to your table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, optional for serving

Instructions

  1. Remove husks and silk from corn and rinse under cold water.
  2. Combine melted butter, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  3. Brush the seasoned butter all over each corn cob.
  4. Grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning often, or bake wrapped in foil at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Top with chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper, and serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

For a deeper smoky taste, grill corn in the husk a few minutes first before seasoning. Leftover corn can be sliced off the cob and added to salads or pasta for extra zing.
