- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Set up breading station: flour in one bowl, whisked eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with half the minced garlic in a third.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Arrange on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- In a bowl, stir melted butter, remaining garlic, and buffalo sauce together.
- Once chicken is done, toss immediately in buffalo garlic sauce until evenly coated. Serve hot.
