These Bruschetta Chicken Pesto Wraps are perfect for sunny days and simple dinners. Fresh basil, tender chicken, and zesty pesto come together in a soft tortilla for a flavor-packed bite.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup pesto (store-bought or homemade)
- 6 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, chopped basil, and pesto until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- If using cheese, sprinkle a bit over the tortilla before adding the chicken mixture.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat for all tortillas.
- Optional: Toast each wrap in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and slightly crispy.
- Cut in half and serve warm. Add more pesto or a drizzle of balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
Notes
Avoid overfilling your wraps to prevent them from bursting. These wraps are also great with turkey or shrimp, and you can add nuts for crunch.
