Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika until evenly mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and scatter over the broccoli mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and casserole is bubbling.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the biscuits so they bake evenly. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen. Add cooked chicken or ham for extra protein, and adjust spices to taste.
