Broccoli Cheddar Biscuit Bake

  • Author: Navy Sinclair
  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 6-8 servings 1x

Description

A warm, comforting casserole layered with tender broccoli, rich cheddar cheese, and golden, fluffy biscuits. Perfect for cozy nights, potlucks, and family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika until evenly mixed.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters and scatter over the broccoli mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and casserole is bubbling.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the biscuits so they bake evenly. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen. Add cooked chicken or ham for extra protein, and adjust spices to taste.
