Breakfast Croissant Sandwiches

  • Author: Navy Sinclair
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 sandwiches 1x

Description

Flaky, buttery croissants filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory ham or bacon, and melted cheese, these Breakfast Croissant Sandwiches are the ultimate way to start your day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large croissants
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham or cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs (chives or parsley)
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook eggs until softly scrambled, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Slice croissants in half. Layer bottom halves with ham or bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese, then top with other halves.
  5. Place sandwiches on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese melts.
  6. Top with fresh herbs and serve warm.

Notes

Avoid overcooking eggs; they will finish cooking in the oven. You can prepare these sandwiches ahead of time and refrigerate overnight before baking.
