  • 2 pounds of snow crab legs (thawed if frozen)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Arrange thawed crab legs on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Generously pour the lemon butter sauce over the crab legs. Save some for dipping if desired.
  5. Cover the crab legs with another piece of foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Uncover, transfer to a serving platter, drizzle with reserved sauce, and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

Don’t overcook the crab legs — they’re already pre-cooked, so you’re just reheating them. For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the sauce. Leftovers? Use them in crab cakes or try grilling them for a smoky twist.
