Description
Crunchy on the outside and creamy, smoky, and spicy on the inside, these Bacon Jalapeño Eggrolls are the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack. Perfect for parties, game nights, or when you’re just craving something irresistibly bold.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (reduced-fat or vegan options work too)
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped (or substitute with turkey bacon)
- 1 cup jalapeños, diced (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
- 1 pack eggroll wrappers (find in frozen section)
- Vegetable oil for frying (or use air fryer)
- Optional: Sweet chili sauce for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, chopped bacon, diced jalapeños, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each eggroll wrapper. Don’t overfill.
- Fold bottom over the filling, then fold sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a dab of water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high. Fry eggrolls for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Alternatively, air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
Notes
Add garlic powder or paprika to the filling for extra flavor. Use leftover filling in a quesadilla for a delicious twist. For a milder taste, try pickled jalapeños.
