Air Fryer Banana Chips

  • Author: Navy Sinclair
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 2-3 servings 1x

Description

Crispy, sweet, and perfectly spiced Air Fryer Banana Chips made with just a few simple ingredients. A healthy snack that’s easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Place the slices in a bowl and toss with lemon juice, cinnamon (if using), and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove when golden and crisp, then let cool completely on a rack for extra crunch.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness. Thin slices give maximum crispiness. Store cooled chips in an airtight container for up to one week.
