Recharge naturally with this delicious adrenal cocktail, packed with minerals and electrolytes to support your hydration and energy levels.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice or watermelon juice
  • Juice from half a lime or lemon
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or sparkling mineral water
  • A pinch of pink salt
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons full-fat coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of orange juice into a glass.
  2. Add the juice from half a lemon or lime.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup of coconut water or sparkling mineral water.
  4. Sprinkle a small pinch of pink salt into the drink.
  5. Stir everything well and enjoy immediately with or without ice.
  6. Optional: Blend with 1-2 tablespoons of full-fat coconut milk for a creamy twist.
